I buy yocash. Some may think it is silly to 'spend money' on a game, but I do. If it wasn't for us yocash dealers there would never be yocash items in the game! So, my vent is for those who try to get yocash dealers to buy their 'junk' items in Auction House for a ridiculous amount of coins. Sometimes 10 times if not more than the worth of the item they want you to buy!! I fell for this once when yocash first was an option in Auction House. NEVER AGAIN! It still irritates me to no end that people will do this to someone else that is unaware of the scam. They think they are getting a good deal since the buyer is claiming to buy at 40:1 or more!

Us yocash dealers tend to be older and we work for a living! Spending money on yocash to have fun with the game and make a bit of coins is why most of us do it. If you want yocash that bad, then either go get a job, or find someone willing to transfer to you FAIRLY through auction house. Not scam them into buying your worthless item then kicking them!

To yocash dealers.. there has yet been an event I have been to where it is legit. I think it is fair to ask for half the payment they promise before purchasing the item in Auction House. Don't get stuck with a junk item and loose your yocash to those scammers!

/end rant

Ugh! I'm so glad you didn't fall for it again. This is a slimy one. Thanks for the heads up.
And yet another reason YC shouldn't be used in AH.

Scammers always find new ways to scam. We've probably all been scammed at some point or other.. Some will take the coins and then not buy the item with yocash.. It will be worked from both angles..The game really does reflect real life human behavior.

I like being able to nab an item with yc in AH.. its also a nice way to pick up a bit of yc.. I try and avoid the shady deals.. I usually get scammed because I trust people and I'll loan them items and they suddenly vanish.. Its not the loss of the item that hurts though, its the loss of trust..
