I just finished decorating 3 rooms in a new house and the house discount didn't pop up. Checked Realtors and no option to use my discount

I am hoping this is just a glitch and not a permanent change. Has anyone else noticed this?

Some houses you need to do more than 3 rooms. Go to that house and click on the room level up bar and it should tell you how many rooms you need to level up to get the discount.

Yeah I've noticed its a % of the house decorated.. if you buy a avenue - and max that.. you get the discount then.. For one room.

I thought they took the discount away when Z was closing. I fully completed a house and I never received a discount. This was when you could no longer by YC though.

I'm not sure about that but if you already completed the number of rooms you needed and then fully completed the house later you won't get another discount for that home.

I added a few things to my apt kitchen yesterday and popped it to 10 and the discount came up.. still working!

Woot Woot I went to one of my old trailers and dropped of some crap lol. It is working now but I for sure didn't work for me when I completed one of my houses. I just bought the Aussie Adventure home. (I think that is the name) Looks like I will be busy trying to decorate for a while lol.

I checked and the house I was decorating was an older style one and it said it needed 5 rooms, had to do all 6 though but I do now have the discount. Yay!

It's still working. i filled a couple of house trailers with stuff and got the discount option both times.
