This is for the players who purchased the old 09 Halloween home. Could you please check it and see if you can access it? Myself and many others are getting a white screen and freezing up at this time. This had been fixed once before by BVG and upon a release a couple of weeks ago the problem returned. There may be other houses and/or apartments involved that are inaccessible as there are three with me, but I am especially curious if anyone at all can get into their old mansion. Thanks so much.

I can get to mine with no problem. I'm using Firefox, always clean temp files, dunno... maybe try clearing cache or using another browser.

I can get to mine, and chose five random homes and all opened up okay. I use Google Chrome.

It is not all my homes, just a select four that they actually fixed once before so I do not think a new browser will help. But thank you. This is showing me that it is not universal. I am VERY happy for the people who have not lost the mansion. I have a sad feeling unless they fix it again mine is gone this time for good.

Hey Di... I just read your post on the other thread - 5 Reasons why ... and was going to send you a message but I can post it here.

I know how frustrating it feels not to be able to access some of your homes as I have and am in the same situation as you. On takeover by BVG I couldn't access a number of homes and following the update on June 25th this happened again despite the initial fix. I had made a ticket and only received a reply recently, firstly apologising for the delay in responding owing to the number of tickets being handled at this time. So firstly I would like to share that even though you haven't received a reply yet I am sure you are going to. Secondly on logging into game yesterday I was delighted to find that I could at least now access my apartment. There are still a number of homes I cant access but at least this is progress right It makes me feel that something is being fixed!. Slow though it may be - I think we have to have in mind the vast number of players who are sending in tickets saying FIX ME NOW. This company is not the same size neither does it have the same resources that Zynga did and for this reason I for one am prepared to give them a bit of leeway.

One of the advice given to me - which I believe is standard to everyone was to clear my cache both in browser and Adobe flash player settings. To clear the cache for your flash player either go to macromedia.com and search flash player settings then click delete all sites when the box loads. I am happy to share with you the link that was given to me if this will help. Just send me a PM.
