I got the same message in an email for a ticket. they are obviously swamped with tickets right now. I can wait for my 2 tickets I submitted this week to be resolved. I'm a patient woman. Patience came with age for me because I was ridiculously impatient for the first half of my life. I wish I knew then what I know now. :D

About 2 to 3 weeks. Also you're not a supporter so you may have to be patient a bit longer.

Takes awhile! Took 6 days for them to reply to me at first but it was no good because they did absolutely nothing!

I usually get a good response from them. But I'm just a bit sceptical on whether I should re-send an email to them.

Pete, is that really true that yocash supporters get a faster response than non yocash supporters? I didn't know that. Part of me says "oh yeah, cool." The other part of me says "that's not truly fair". I think I have two different yo personalities in exsistence. :D

It took them about two weeks to get back to me and they did fix the problem I had. They also told me they had over 22,000 emails. Give it some time. Sending multiple emails about the same problem just swamps them even more.

I don't really know if it's true, but from what I have seen BVG staff saying is that they cater more to paying customers then freeloaders.

It would not surprise me if they had some sort of system where for every 100 supporter tickets they do 10 freeloader tickets.

The time I sent a ticket in it took about a week or two. Given the fact that they get hundreds upon hundreds of tickets daily it might take some time but they will eventually get to you. :) Good luck
