Thanks for fixing my wifes Apartment and 2009 Halloween house. They identified the problem and she can now access both of them. Props Scott!!

Ty shes pretty happy, it had something to do with the music player and the track not syncing correctly.

Some people have wondered if it was because of their music player that they couldn't get into some houses ...

I believe this is an individual fix for each person, not sure but this is my guess.

I am unable to get into mine, tried again twice - would really appreciate a fix, many thanks!

You're correct, we have to fix it on an individual basis. If you have a room (or rooms) you can't access, please submit a support ticket using the in-game "Help" button and we'll fix it for you. It may take several days, but we'll get it done!
