I have not been able to log in to Yoworld since 6am. I do not know what is happening.

When you log into Facebook and try to access YoWorld, does the loading screen show at all? I sometimes have problems logging in using certain browsers. At this moment in time I am using my Mac which YoWorld will work with both Google Chrome and Safari. However, on a windows computer YoWorld only works using Google Chrome. Have you tried changing browser? If you're using Windows, try using Google Chrome and deleting your history/cache.

If changing browsers and deleting your history/cache doesn't work, maybe you should try contacting BVG through email to see if there is something they can do to help you. Also, your internet connection could be running a little slow, may be worth looking into that.

Thank you for your advice. I went ahead and contacted BVG through email. So hopefully it will be soon. This all started when I clicked on an interactive, then the page went all blank with an exclamation point in the middle. After that, I could no longer log on. Thank you again .

Update: I did everything you said, clear cache and went on a different browser and now I can log in!
