It's under magic potion tab where you edit your face and hair etc.

Which pill did you choose the blue pill or the red pill? That could be why the matrix is out of sync!

I've heard a couple of different things from people.

1. Clear your cache and sign back in here.
2. Sign out here, go in game and change your clothes. Then come back here and sign back in.
