I think something should be added where it says whether the pet has its permanent licence or not in the trade box so players are not being ripped off by others claiming there already permanent licensed.

I don't buy pets besides from the store and I agree with this idea.

Agreed! I'm not even going to try and count how many times I've bought pets thinking they had permanent licenses..
