So we had another winter theme and some really wanted a summer theme. But it is not summer everywhere at the same time. So maybe we can think about an end of summer theme.
I was thinking maybe something like State Fair. I don't know if other countries have anything like the USA State Fairs, but it could be a really fun theme before Halloween.

Carnival rides
Game booths
Pie judging, different pies, home canned goods, quilts, eggs
Cows, pigs, pig races, chickens, rabbits, goats, horses, chicks, baby animals(animated)
Food booths- corn dogs, turkey legs, funnel cakes,cotton candy, huge lollipops
Tractors, hay wagons, bales of straw
Garden - vegetables, flowers, plants,
Overalls, checkered shirts, bandanas, daisy dukes, midrif tops tied in front
Straw hats, john deer baseball caps, cowboy boots, belts with rodeo buckles
Western style shirts, jeans, denim jackets
Big stuffed carnival prizes, bears, sponge bob,
Handhelds-cotton candy, big lollipop, carnival prizes, pitch forks, baby bunny(animated with wiggle nose and ears)

The list can go on and on. In the rural US, the State Fair is the culmination of summer.
It could be a really fun theme.

I forgot the blue ribbons and best of show ribbons.
