I will say yes,Providing that houses don't become tradeable,I don't think that would be fair...If BVG is even considering making this a thing then I say No.

If they're not going to do "re-releases" anymore, the least they could do is unlock the "unavailable" homes in the Realtor office. It's not like we can sell them anyways :p I'd love to be able to purchase some of the ones I missed before I joined the game

Yes! They're not rare..It's not like you can sell them, SO YES!!

What they should do though is bring back CO-Signs because i sure as hell can't afford SC atm

This is exactly right. As long as they aren't tradeable, there is no secondary market and thus rereleasing the houses has no impact on the Yo-economy.

With houses I personally don't really care either way... To me houses can't go rare because of the simple fact that, at this time, they can't even be traded. I personally wouldn't buy a discontinued house even if it became available again, because i don't buy houses. But i wouldn't care if other people became able to buy one of the discontinued houses. Why not.

Yes, definately! I could get all houses I wished for! For decorators this would be da booom!

No one will lose, and a lot of people will be happy. Go for it.

BVG posted they will not re-release houses. it would not be fair to player's who bought houses when there was houses for sell when we had flash sells etc.

here's a idea .. let BVG make some houses.. different ones, pumpkin and the like... after all, it is BVG's game now .. just a thought...

being able to trade houses, hmm .. fully decorated?? or empty?? .. a fully decorated home would be a lot of data to transfer I imagine, and may cause more problems than it's worth ..

I would prefer to just have a delete option for homes.. being able to delete a house or property that you now longer use, would be a handy feature

Actually what Tink stated is what I have in my mind why I asked if fair to weigh in. Granted BVG had no statement about the houses alone (since I guess I never seen the post on will not re-release houses) that was before with Zynga, and BVG could earn more bucks which could fund the game more life expectancy. Its like I have Mafia stuff to use for Mafia House with Helicopter one and I like the floor plan layout. For sure others have reasons why they like the Hunted House and other stuff. In fairness, Im not sure if it has a "cost" in BVGs end. Actually at the end of the day, ofc I am whats the best for the community.

Business wise, I am not sure on former houses being tradable because its one sure straight income. BVG can project/assess anyway and it might not be priority but could be in the line-up. Also it might be nice if theres a separate folder/category for z and bvg houses so easier to navigate later on?

I'm not sure how that matters seeing as houses cannot be traded. It's not like I walk around all proud that I have a penthouse and others don't. Houses have zero value.

not everything in the game is geared towards resale and market value.. customers paid money for those houses, with the same understanding as the collectables ..... available for a short time, not being brought back

i am not saying i would not like the houses to be re-released, when i closed my old account and opened this one. i lost my haunted house, casino, v-day and gingerbread house.
