I feel bad for anyone associated with them.

Looks like they cut their noses off to spite their own faces here. I thought it was funny that the article mentions January and March. Hmmm.... I wonder why?

After the way they treated us... and let our game go downhill like they did... I will never play another one of their games!

Wow, I used to play both farmville and yoville. I quit farmville over 2 yrs ago because the service got horrible just like in Yoville.
They should have not fired ev1 and put the time and money into the games like they did in the beginning.
Pinkus got so greedy and ruined what could have still been a great company.
So glad BVG took over yoville. People are going to be sad when all the other games they spent money on disappear.
I never saw how they were going to make money off the mobile games. They were nothing I would put money into.

Thanks for the article.

We were all part of a larger sinking ship. Yoworld itself wasnt in trouble directly, it was more indirect, because it was part of the bigger picture. Zyngas failures, almost lead to Yo's failure.

They are a case study in concentration risk, poor management, and stagnant creativity. They buy their ideas and run them into the ground. Mattrick better get his cash quickly. His ship will be sailing soon.

the article wrote:Zynga can be considered the single greatest social media failure among recent IPOs

I think we could all see this coming from a mile away. There's not even words to describe the way they've blundered and mismanaged their company and games. They couldn't have screwed it up more if there were toddlers running the show.

I'm blaming Don Mattrick. He made a mess of Xbox One, imo. I knew it would be a disaster once he became CEO of Zynga.

I feel bad for the employees. And the people who still play Zynga games.

Mmmm, I get that. I don't like to see companies go out of business, even a company I don't like. It reduces sorely needed employment and paychecks. There's a devil in all of those details… :(

I would like to think that their players dropped so much because those players were us.
