Has anyone been having trouble using AH ???? I have just logged on to see I have sold a hat but my coins have not changed

I'm a bit worried about using AH now as have lost 2300300

The other day also I put some eyes on I know they never sold as had no notification of it being sold but dont have the eyes !!

I'm worried to put my stuff in to the AH as well.
I don't seem to have problems purchasing stuff, but after I lost an item last week while the screen froze up, I haven't even tried to list anything since.

Aww sorry Moxii to hear that when i lost my eyes the other day ah was playing about freezing and also I dont have trouble purchasing either

I've had no problem with AH what so ever, I always see this AH threads and not one of those things has happened to me. I've bought and received items, and sold and received my coinage.

Lucky you Richy I just hope BVG will be able to find out what's happened today I'm not bothered about the eyes as were cheap but to lose 2300300 thats a big issue for me

I lost a set of eyes too! lol
They weren't expensive...just a couple of oldies I wanted to get rid of, but still...
You've lost A LOT!! I hope support will be able to help you get it all back. That's too much to lose. :cry:

Ty you 2 I have submitted a ticket cleared cache too still no coins so will wait !! I find it so much nicer selling on AH as dont have to spend lots of time in costume trade centres or repeatly doing events but cant sell on AH now as ive lost alot to me !

Same here! Been 'trying' to keep track of what I put in there... but that's not an easy task.

I noticed a missing crown a couple of weeks ago. Turned in a ticket... received it back 2 weeks later. I put it back in auction huse, along with a 2nd one I had purchased... and now BOTH are gone! Sent ticket a couple of days ago... no word yet.

Then just now I noticed... I had auction filled with 5 items each, coins & yc. Sold 2 of the items... and here I sit, 2 hours later... and none of what did not sell, has been returned.

I am concerned about what all is really missing! I mean, how many times does auction run out, and you rush to make sure it was returned to your inventory? Shouldn't have to! Keeping track in a notepad is just too time consuming. I guess I'll have to start taking screen shots of every item that I place in there! Beginning to wonder if I need to keep track of my purchases in there too! Ugh!

Omg Lily well I'm staying far away from it selling now as it shouldn't happen no fun if we keep losing items or giving stuff free ! I submitted ticket few days ago about my eyes not had no response as yet I just hope this gets sorted quick as it says in notifications that my hat recieved a bid for that amount grrr Stress !!!

It's about a two week wait on the tickets.
And there's been a lot of posts warning people not to use AH til they get it fixed.

If you do decide to use it be sure and write down when you listed something,
what you listed it for and the date and time.

Hope it gets fixed as love the buzz of placing things for sale and going off for a while to come back and find coins and will write dates and items down too

I don't even remember what I put in there last night and now I have some nice items in there. I took a screen shot of what I have in there now but jeeze.... I feel sick. I really hope they resend us the things we lost or the coins we won the items for.

Me 2 Sakura fingers crossed long time waiting though and make sure we all dont delete comments of notifications funny thing is though i just checked the sold part and its saying none grrrr totally annoyed about this wouldnt mind if it was up to 500k but 2mil over its a bit agravating !! I'm just wondering if the person who won my yo air newspaper boy cap actually got it !
