Give the a shout out @ BVG Let them see we enjoy their work to save our game! Things happen and mistakes may be made but we got to give it to them... They fixed the pet problem Way faster than if Zynga had it! Before the mess-ups were getting bad and they couldn't even fix our events. They messed up a good game but Greg seen it restorable! Our game is in Good Hands people! we are on a uphill! Lets show them our rates 1-10 on their efforts! I hope to see support on here. Lets give them a huge thank you!! ***** Its a 5 star or a 10 for me

Positive encouragement is always helpful in the times of strew. Lets give them something to see when the moments are rough! Could you do what they do? I know I couldn't!

BVG team has made the game feel safer. I now go to the towers and enjoy going to events again. I can't wait to see what is in store for us Yo's. Also happy to see players returning and more buddies Online. Thank you Greg and Gary for all the love for game. HUGE thumbs up

Big fat 10 here. Most important tool is that they listen. They made a mistake with the pets but they owned it, and most importantly communicated it to us. Big points in my book. I never want to go back to the radio silence we had with Zynga again.

I can't sing BVG's praises loudly or often enough. They have done so much already to improve this game. I appreciate their efforts tremendously.

I give them a big FAT 10!!!!!!!!!!! They are doing a great job in such a short time! I am so happy Zynga decided to shut us down, we are home where we belong now.

Its blatently obvious just from this thread alone that BVG has reignited our passion to play the game.

That was going to be a big challenge for them as so many had lost hope with the decline of the game in the hands of Zynga

I have to agree with an earlier post.....there is no scale high enough or rating good enough for what they have....and will continue to accomplish
