It has shine on it when you wear it but really hard to tell, possibly with the male one too

Yes! When your in game it gives off a little sparkle here and there throughout the hair.

Hmm, I don't notice shine at all. Maybe it does not work with the green hair.

The black one is the most visible animated hair out of all the new releases. (Pointing out the obvious)

The blue shining stars are easily visible
