I went to event someone needing help,I give advice on game,tell about forums so they can read how to play and stuff.The girl was new but her Alt was there just standing not saying a thing.I had no idea she had a alt till she posted in wish list with the player that just stood there not talking.I talked to her till she figured out how to post here.When the post was made I noticed it was not the one I had chatted with but the one who never said a thing..I never had that happen.Most time when I start giving advice on how to play I get kicked as soon as I tell them about forums and where to read to get instructions.So thats when I know they are not really new but Alts begging.

Just went to another 1 lots of us were there trying to help she went off when someone told her try wish list.Oh my so many of these fake noobs.Its getting actually funny to see the things they say.Can't repeat cause its not nice but they hate when you know they are ALTS..

Why would you direct beggers to the forums? There are enough here already.

ikr? it's like wait for the official wishlist thread that's what i do. In all honestly i never really begged or asked anyone for help i worked my butt off even while i was laying in a bed not being to move when i just came out of a spinal surgery But now i post in the thread and help others

Yup, well said. I avoid the noobie events like the plague because I'm sure 99% of them are not new. If I could ever find a player that I knew 100% was new to the game I would make them very happy but I refuse to buy into the scamming alts.

I get the feel good aspect of helping new players, but all it does is seem to give the OP angst every single time. There are tons of players in this game that have been playing for a while or are recently new, that would likely appreciate the OPs need to be generous, I"m sure.

I liked helping those I thought were new till they come back wanting more and more.I am not scum.I just was doing things I have seen lot suggest we do to see if they are truly new and you all are acting like I am the horriblest person in the world.I have never asked for nothing here,NEVER begged . I rarely even get gifts but gift lots.I have given millions coins away .. I saw a post earlier where someone was asking for an item and I SWEAR I gave that girl that exact item in game yesterday, but I can't prove it, so I kept quiet. She got what she was asking for too. I started to send the gifter a pm to tell her, but she was too quick and then I thought, what if I'm wrong?

If giving is what makes you feel good and you feel you need to do it, then give and move on. Give coins, give advice, give items - whatever pleases you. Just keep moving once you do because if you stick around and find out they aren't new, your feelings are only going to be hurt. Don't have expectations and you're not going to be disappointed.

I'm surprised after all the threads you've made about these folks...that you still even try.
I would have quit a long time ago...or just stopped posting about it. Seems like a lot of negativity to be subjected to over and over and over...
