Another case of "Auction House ate my item". Yep Happened to me, too. I didn't believe the cries, I didn't take the warnings, I didn't adhere to the hints. and now, the AH has nom-nom'd an item of mine. I know, I know, I should've listened to the calls and I should've avoided. But yep. So what's the scoop now? LOL. I send in a ticket and they hand it back, or the item is forever eaten and sitting in la-la-land? I will survive either way for now, but I guess I'm paying attention, now. To the warnings & cries. and that's my story today.

Send them a ticket. All they have to is reset your items.. you'll get it back. Will just take a week or so.

Send in a ticket. They'll look into it and return your item after they determine your claim is valid. Don't hold your breath, though... it could take over 2 weeks.

Could it be that your item sold but you didn't get the notification or the money? I am unclear about things disappearing in there.

Not to make light of the matter, but this sound like a possible plot for another 1 of your stories. ;)

I sent in a ticket maybe around a week ago. I haven't received a response or my item back yet, but I'm hopeful.

The Auction House issues actually worked in my favor just now. I found two clothing items I had been looking for, both at very low starting bids, ten minutes left + zero bids. I put in the minimum bid, then the AH stopped loading. After I refreshed the game, the items were in my inventory.

This is why I've learned to never set auctions with ending times during the day (in my time zone).

It must be a complex fix, because BVG is obviously missing out on YC auction commissions (20% ffs though...) since so many people are avoiding the AH currently for fear of losing their items/coins/cash.

No the item freezes before you even enter it to be auctioned. Like when this happens, you set the price and time and then click to put it up for auction but it freezes instead at that exact second. Wjen you refresh and go to find your item again, it's not in ah or your inventory anymore. (However bvg can see it in your inventory to correct the glitch).

This is the exact way mine disappeared. I sent a ticket in and in a little less then two weeks they put my item back in my inventory. Make sure you give them all the details including the exact item name, date etc. That way then can track it easily. Good luck!
