Flight is: CANCELLED

So finally i've created an "official" thread for the future. As some of you have known in the past, these events can be a serious hoot . When we did one yesterday, we skipped the airport and hotel part, however that is a vital part of the process and experience. Also i've decided to give a 5 hour heads up, so everyone has a chance to know when to plan to be available around.

As you can tell a lot of time and effort goes into these events, so everyones co-operation will make it that much more fun. If you book a seat thinking you can make it on time, and can't make it- no worries!

EVENT START: 9:45 PM EST
FLIGHT TIME: 10:00 PM EST
It is CURRENTLY: 4:40 PM EST

---------------------- How it works:
You can book any seat you want, free, first come first serve - and you can bring non forum members if you wish, provided you book a seat for them too (so we're not overcrowded). If you see this thread right before the flight and still wish to come, show up, and we can make accommodations for you.

---------------------- Itinerary:
These events last a while, but you can leave at any point.
We begin at 9:45pm EST at the airport.
- check in for the flight
- go through security
- hang in the lounge/grab a drink
We "board" the plane at 10:00pm EST
- go over safety instructions.
We land and head to the hotel (generally 30 mins later- so 10:30 pm EST)
At the hotel, you can do whatever you want


---------------------- Your Crew:
Usually I have a crew planned out ahead of time, but this time I do not. So if you KNOW you will 100% be on at that time and would like to help me out, then please PM me and I will respond with what's needed.

---------------------- The Flight:
Today we will be flying on a Boeing 747-800 (one of boeings newest planes, for any avgeeks out there like me)

The flight will be from YoWorld International Airport (in Canada since thats where BVG is from) to Tahiti. Generally flying from Toronto - Tahiti would be a 17 hr flight with a stopover at LAX, however this is a virtual flight so, it's not going to be a 17hr flight and there won't be a stopover.

Oh I wish I could, going for an evening ride! I would love to attend a party. I think a lot of time differences here. At times I have shown up and no one there. lol.

Dang you always host this when I need to take my butt to bed. Gotta work tomorrow, so Im going to read Game of Thrones until I pass out. Maybe the next flight

I myself love planes as well, just don't know much about the info haha. I was on one just 3 days ago and there was a lot lf turbulence throughout the whole flight!

I would love to come! I haven't been to many events from the forums until recently. If I can make I will surely be there!

Very well...

I might not be able to make it tonight...

But when I do, I am going to be sure to pack my flare gun, flame throwers, blasters, and my giant crate of snakes.

Wheel wells are heated and have a fresh supply of oxygen, so yes!

The wing, well - we're working on the technology for that
