I'm fairly sick of seeing "X is an idiot", "I hate you, X" or things like that. Why waste space using a method that the person you're targeting will probably not see. I keep clicking on stupid events like these which serve no real purpose.

You see events like ''X sucks'' and then another one saying ''X doesn't suck'' above it. Probably teenagers or insecure people that need events about them.

There seem to be wars going on in events too - 20 people will post an event saying "so-and-so is an idiot" and 20 more will post an event saying "I love so-and-so" or "Leave so-and-so alone".

I've also seen it used as a form of harassment.

imho it has to do with the maturity level of the yo posting such events and lack of life experience.
