I just had an epiphany.

We have tons of food handhelds....
We have booze we have cakes burger hot dogs
Ramen noodles frappes ....but its summer and i started to think
Whaat.. the most popular dessert in the usa isnt a hh yet??
this cannot be, so here i leave you with my ephiphany... a hh ice cream!! And also some cool facts on it

That's awesome! There's a hh ice cream bar which is not a cone but closest thing we have. I think it it a popsicle or something from 4th of July 2010 if I remember correctly. A cone would be nice too!

Yes i also remember some hairs from the cocoa theme with the melted ice cream cone on top... but yet no handheld

It was, actually. This wasn't the first time it was suggested. In fact, a few designers made them a couple years ago for the clothing contests but didn't make the cut.
