lmfao...I really did laugh out loud at this....

In all seriousness, you should file a ticket through the help tab in game.

If you clicked on a phishing link there is no help, Greg said there is nothing they can do.

How did you get hacked in the first place? did you give out your password on a site?
and Vikings don't have access to the in game content, they control the forums only.

Nobody is calling you stupid, I have been playing longer than you and I have never had my account security breached, the only way it happens is by phishing links or giving someone your email and password....

If you didn't give out your password and account information or click a phishing link, is it possible someone in your family or dorm or wherever you live had access to your laptop/pc/phone and did it that way? I'm just not sure there's any other way to get into someone's account other than that. G and G said they've pretty much blocked hacker's access.

Send in a ticket using the help tab or their email. It takes 3-5 days to get a response.

They locked down all the holes so if the person got in via your FB account there's nothing BVG can do about it. Expecting them to "fix it" when you don't know how it happened is pretty rude. I can understand you inquiring to get more info or to expose a possible (not probable) exploit yet the expectation of them to remedy your situation isn't warranted. Good luck, I hope you get your stuff.
