Try clearing your cache, or close down all of your browsers windows and then try again.

I had to refresh like 10 times clear cache 2 times,jump through the hoop on fire and finally got there but yes I was having trouble as well.

For those who are not aware, you can now also scroll around the screen when outside Alton towers by clicking and dragging your mouse.
