Hi, someone reported my account Gracie YTC facebook account so ive had to use my old alt from 2011 unfortunately none of my items or coins are here, Do you think i would be able to get my yoworld account back even though my facebook account is disabled atm?

Sorry Gracie, probably not. Why was your other account suspended? Can you get it back from FB?

someone reported it for some reason :/ Facebook wants ID ive gave what i could but it may be unlikley so just have to wait just i had a lot of coins etc so hard to start again D: So was wondering if bvg could help but i doubt it lol

Thank you FB wont give back without atleast 2 sets of ID though so im not sure yet just hopeing

If you're under 18 then your parents can help with the ID. If you had a bogus name, then you may not get the account back. Sometimes they will do it but you have to change it to your legal name with only a "nickname" in a certain spot. Good luck. At this point BVG's TOS say they will not transfer items between accounts.

my name was just normal it wasnt my real as privacy reasons but ive managed to provide ID to facebook as said it was my nick name xD

Ahh okay. That's the problem. You broke FB's TOS (even if you did it for privacy reasons) and that can be a problem. I hope they let you slide and give you your account back. Good luck!

Well the name i had was my nickname and that was allowed if nickname which was so hopefully as not breaking tos xD

Gracie same happened to me, trust me if you send them your correct id that in a few days your facebook will be activated again!

ok ty! I sent them like birth certificate etc so i assume that is a ok form of id, how long did it take them to get back to you?

They didnt because I sent my id, picture and all. Just wait and log in daily to see if your clear and your account is activated. If something is wrong with your identification, they will simply email you. It took 2 days for them to unlock my account.

i can;t remember why but one time i logged into find my account disabled, its apparenlty faster if we have a mobile phone connected for them to contact us (which i don;t) but i just had to send in info and it was reinstated 24 hours later. i am not sure what happened , i had been logging in from several different locations and that was unusual for me , might have been it. Another time i logged in from vacation and i had to go thru a Test to get in..lol they gave me photos from FRiends and i had to choose from multiple choice ..that was HArd..since some pics were of them as kids! do whatever they say and then you have to wait. praying they get yours back up asap!

Someone reported my facebook long ago and I got disabled. I sent them my ID and they matched the ID to the name and gave my account back. If your name doesn't fully match the ID name they will change your name forcefully to match the ID and you wont be able to change your name after that. Good luck, hope you can get it resolved!
