WE understand that there's a 3D vs 2D difference so responding to people's pleas within days is an easy way to show how much you love YoWorld. YET we need to know you love the designers too! I'm talking the diehard designers that do room after room after room and maybe add a collectible or three in those room but only as an accent.

We heard you when you said no re-releases so please read on to see the path of hypocrisy this paradigm is heading towards...

HOUSES:
People are asking for re-releases of houses and you responded "we'll see what we can do." You've mentioned that you may consider allowing us to sell our houses down the road. Re-releasing the Pumpkin or Gingerbread house will prevent those who own them from profiting if they become a saleable item or even if those that own the want to "feel" more special than others, remember, you said no re-releases.

SHORT RELEASES:
People have asked you for the Celtic Cross and you've responded "we'll see what we can do."
Celtic Cross and Lips Urinal were short releases. Consumer complaints caused these items to leave the store prematurely. So putting them out again will be a re-release. I understand some people hang on your words "and everyone had a chance to buy them" but that is like saying you'll re-release items that people didn't have access to because they started the game later. If you re-release these items, then make the available only to people who were in the game at the time. Remember you said no re-releases.

Ps: The Lips Urinal needs fixing. I don't own one, but people can't place, move or trade them.

ZYNGA'S MISTAKES
So this brings me around to designers and the fact that Zynga dropped items from the store when they retired a re-release but didn't pay attention to the Home Depot where many items were there that were never to be retired. I pay specific mention of the Wild West grass/path items, Enchanted Green Moss Rugs, House Windows (available via the yoville.com page), and other decorator items that disappeared by mistake at the last rush for a cash grab

FAST RESPONSE TO WEARABLES
You've done an amazing job getting this game running and responding to what vociferous people here request more than once, yet not one action for the avid designers of Yo (I'm not talking about those who claim to designer by throwing a bunch of hacked FG rares into a room).

RESULT or LACK OF?
If the mere mention of getting our Decorator Items back cause the forumers to get their knickers in a twist, then that inhibits conversation. We spend money too. Lots of it. Maybe most of us, because we are not buyers and sellers or don't have the time to hang around the forums day and night to get your attention and to conspire outwardly to bring back items they covet (pumpkin houses and crosses), aren't very verbal or here often enough to get ongoing attention, but that doesn't mean we spend any less time in the game or would be if we had our decorator items back.

PLEASE bring them back or hack out a bunch of news ones really fast. We're YoWos too!

I couldn't agree with this paragraph more. I had been intending to address the Celtic cross point because it was this community back in 2009 that caused such a reaction to the release that it was then removed and then again in 2011 ( I think it was) the urinals were removed from game and on that occasion I remember vividly the morning of that release when so many players raged and made numerous threads about how offending this item was and Zynga.... listening to the feedback of THIS community again removed an item from the store. To say therefore that the urinals and the Celtic cross were accidental releases is misleading. Both of these items were released into the store alongside other items and were then ONLY removed at the behest of the players who complained.

I don't think there will ever be a time where everyone is happy! I can't wait for decorating stuff, I'm getting bored again already and will soon leave again!

I'm not a fan of celtic cross to be honest but minutes/hours isn't really an official release in my opinion, a day+ is what I would define as a proper release but then again that's just my opinion. Menorah hat was the same and was released for a very short time but that was released under the 'previously unreleased' category. Maybe the priceguides should come up with another category to list these items in so instead of them being put into accidental or unreleased they could be classed 'Items removed due to complaints' or 'Complaint Removed Items'

saves me money in the end.. costs nothing in the forums, and is way more fun than yo right now...

Gosh you've put into words exactly what I do now with the game. I have things to decorate but they're incomplete with a lack of decent choices in stores. I mean, how many rooms can I make with the same trees and only a few kinds of rocks. I started to do some of the avenues they released but they don't look right, I need more materials.

I agree but the lips urinal isn't tradeable as you just said. I am not against that one coming back because it is pointless as it stands right now. Either way, I doubt that I'll buy that urinal. If they fix it then that also works, I guess.

They pulled it because of complaints that it was "disgusting" and "think of the children." I'm not sure if they broke because they tried to retract them (vs just letting the ones that got sold like the cross just exist) or if there was a problem. They later released them as a fireplace and they work perfectly fine.

I so agree. I am so bored. I love buying and selling but I tire of it and sometimes I just want to turn off my buddy list and buy a ranch and turn it into something unrecognizable. If only we had NYC walls and wild west grass tiles I could make do. I just don't understand why those two items (at least ) can't go into the depot.

We won't be re-releasing things that were available for a decent chunk of time, but the celtic cross etc are possible candidates for re-release due to their short time nature.

I agree. I also loved the fall walls. but not the colors so much but how thin they were and easy to fit together.
