and what does this statement have to do with the Celtic Cross? It was officially released by Zynga and then pulled from the stores because people got all bent out of shape because it was a "religious" item or for w/e lame reasons.

They ended with the theme and then they moved some of the decorator items into YoDepot. Just like the Enchanted Moss Rug. Then when they rereleased the themes, they pulled them from YoDepot without warning even though though they should be available. My words did not come out right. I should have put short term release items AND unreleased. Sorry for the confusion.
Seeing the Menorah being a short time released item and it being brought back, I knew it was only a matter of time before the cross came back out. I mean, it is an item in high demand that not everyone had a chance to buy. SS if I offended anyone. Proceed with your fun night!

I'll agree to disagree with you Flatch. I just see it as a total hypocrisy and pandering to the ones here like the Ninjas did. Those grass patches were not supposed to leave the store, they didn't have a timer in YoDepot.

Zynga closed the theme forgetting that some items were in YoDepot. They also removed the Cross at customer's requests. If they were going to bring it back it should be everything or just make it available to the ones who were around then. It's bull shyte IMO.

I was finally content with the answer "No Re-releases" when the last bout happened and Viking John addressed it again. As for the celtic cross and the urinal, I do believe this is a different situation here. They were released for a few hours to my understand and snatched out because of people complaining. So not everyone had their chance to buy them. BVG made it clear that there would be no re-releases of items that everyone had a chance to buy. Not everyone had a chance to buy the cross or the urinal because of the time zones. I know people are upset but realize these items are different, and Viking John was just trying to reiterate what originally Gary said "if everyone had a chance to buy them they wouldn't be re-released". Of course I am happy that the cross is in stores, but I also feel that these items are different than many of the other items that were taken out of the store.

I'm with you. I could care less about re-releases. But lets get real. No one has squirreled away a bunch of NYC walls and grass patches to sell for mint down the road. Who could it possibly matter to?

And at the end of the day, this is a game. Pixels that amuse us. Yes we pay for the game but, who really was finacnially hurt by this release? People need to stop complaining when something gets re-released when in reality they could've turned their backs on us and said "forget it". You would've lost more than pixels there....

i warned people as well, but since they didn't try to sell it, no one can complain but they will anyways

Yeah it was in stores for short time and it was taken out off stores and not many people had chance but some people bought it. So there would only be like couple out in the game like 20 or 15 or 25 off them. People spent lots off money and feel sorry for them. But this is not BVG fault for brining it back. Zynga did not fix there game and people brought in Free gifts cheat where they can have many many off them items. There still out there I think. But both sides got a point. Its not fair on them and other side not fair on them.

The item has now come out 3 times in the game. Once At the start. One Last Year And One This Week!. There were many many rares were FG to so once there to many in the game its becomes unrare dose not matter if its FG or not. They all do the same thing nothing different apart you cant sell free gifts but still the same item thought!
