This curtains where in the Velvet category and are gone now.
I was redoing a 09 room untouched from 09. Lifted curtains and they didnt show in my in edit inventory. I went checking other 09/10 rooms and every curtain I lifted went to my invo but is not available in edit mode. The curtains are there, I can put them in AH, I can get them from AH y can even gift them but I can use them in my room. Can you?
BTW: I'm a decorator, this silly curtains r paramount to my design and I have tons of them. I want to use them!!!

Yes.
I have that problem with those curtains.
I also have that problem with my Christmas balls and ornaments.
They are all in my inventory but I can't use them.

Have you tried clearing your cache to see if that helps? I know it's the most commonly suggested thing but sometimes it does help

I know there are some items which can't be placed like Christmas stuff but haven't heard of curtain issue until now.

I have just tried this in one of my velvet rooms, now I cannot place the items back in room they don't show up in edit mode

I have a similar problem with a lot of my items.. Only they're placed in certain rooms, when I place them in my inventory (In edit room) they don't show.. But they do show in my main inventory below my message box.. Annoying because I wish to move these items elsewhere. Please fix this BVG! :mrgreen:

Yes. And quite a few other items as well, like someone mentioned above -old Christmas stuff like lawn raindeer, ornaments etc

Yes sir!!! Clear cache, changed browsers, restarted puter. All things we have to do before preparing all the pics to explain the issue. Thanks for the sugestion tho. I know many people dont underestand how important is constantly clear cache, specially when BVG is making changes and fixes daily.

Yes it had something to do with 09 with mine! I was reading others 09 was in view inventory but not in inventory.Ticket in I know 3 weeks ! So waiting again and Gl hun on yours

Yup...... I have several MIA at the moment...I just haven't bothered to submit a ticket on it because I feel they have bigger fish to fry but I am guessing many have the same issue with those naughty lil curtains.

I sent the ticket and I added the link to this thread, maybe that will help that the items nt showing in edit mode issue can be look into. This is an important thing for decorators. We have no good way to locate our items to decorate and getting random items that will not be available in edit mode its a problem.
