Yes it would.. Some players probably bought the witch because of the hair, and it should not be released in my opinion, it isn't very different from re-releasing

Most people bought it because its an 08, and who cares if the prices go down we need that, and its far from a re release.

This is a good idea, remaking the witch hair would be better than releasing the original witch hair that comes with the costume

How is it fair that they released red helicopter and celtic cross again? All were released all one time and that hair was never released.

I really love the Male and Female Starter Hairs, they just don't come in fun colours. If they made some of the rental starter hairs permanent, I'd love that too. (Not the ones that have already been released, of course.)

I can understand the process of releasing previously unreleased items. But this goes a bit too far for me. Dissecting 08 costumes one request at a time seems like overkill....imo. If it was BVG's idea that'd be another story.

I have perm hairs but I usually wear starter hairs bc I like them but yeah that would be cool.
