Yes it was a collectible released long ago - San Francisco Puppy Love. I have one in my apartment and you see them for sale from time to time. Do not get scammed with the animated Zynga Dog that is also in the San Francisco theme.

Theyre both white dogs, and yeah kind of.
But Zynga dog isnt interactive.
