I've sent my third mail from approximately 46 hours and I just wanted to know how long should it take on average.

Knowing that my first mail was from May 18th and I still haven't got a reply.

So almost 80 days is a "while".

when you sent that first email to them.. did you get that first confirmation email back? comes back usually in minutes..?

It usually takes a week but you must not sending your info if they haven't responded in 80 days

They get so many tickets so it could take a week maybe.. People send tickets for stuff that don't need to be sent.. They'll get to you eventually :mrgreen:

hmm ok.. well give them at least a few more days for that one you just sent 46 hours ago.. maybe even another week.. If no response. try once more.
