Im on moblie and when it bounces its really slow and obnoxious.
Please make it where you can click Cool, thanks! then it goes away.

Once u have read it the icon should stop bouncing or change colour or something each time i.log in i click it because i keep think something is new! :/

+1 for me too. Same for any icon. The New Release star was the same way. It taunted with the promise of something new when there was not.

It doesn't bother me. I guess I ignore it.

But it might be because my attention is drawn to that stupid thing saying "Want a raise? 10 neighbors needed for promotion." It taunts me. I started out with under 12. Added neighbors until now I have 195. Still the same pay.

Now that you all have mentioned it, I will probably look at it now.

I don't love the icon, but it's at least less invasive than the full-screen bar was. I wish they could move ALL the icons off the screen to the side or bottom.
