There's an unreleased starter hair that was available in 08 - early 09. It was removed around the time sitting was implemented into the game. No idea why. It comes in all the standard colors along with green and purple (not sure if they're in the salon though). Just thought it was interesting. I can't really foresee them releasing this though.

These are the 3 unreleased mohawks. Green and Purple are starter hairs while Dark Purple and Orange were released as permanent back in 2010.

Those look more decent then the starter hairs that we have now I like them now if they added those to our starter hairs that would be nice and while where here why not give both males and females more face shapes more eye colors and noses etc...

Interesting note but this is originally a female hair. The male one only came in blonde for some reason and looks a little diff:

If it were to be released it would be the same as Any other say, "Noob" Hair and no one will wear it. (In my Opinion)

I just looked in my invo and I guess the female avi's got the 'long spiky hair' instead. I also have the green and purple Mohawk as well. Since these were starter hairs didn't every one get these and the male counterpart spiky hair? Also, were these available for sale or unsellable? Ive seen it mentioned a few times and was wondering if you knew. Thanks and HAGN!

IMO all the starter hairs were pretty 'bland'. They sure came a looong way! and TG for that!

Hey love. They were originally starter hairs but were removed when sitting was implemented I believe. All females had these styles prior to that period. Males only had access to that one "blonde" version. If anything, they should just throw them in the male and female starter hair coding so each can use them. Maybe something will happen since I brought them up again. ;p

Yeah, I'm thinking they should just throw them into the starter hairs for both male and female instead of selling them for coins or cash. I can't invision anyone actually paying for them.

Yeah I have many perm hairs but only wear starter hairs, which is that hair and black sideburns

Hi Rory, I still have them in my inventory. The 'long spiky hair' looks almost identical to the male 'spiky hair' but the female is a tad longer on the ends. Are you sure they were removed? I wonder why I still have them or if they are even wearable at this point lol. I think id have to check. You mean, we couldn't sit w/ them on? lol..

If you still have these hairs in your inventory, you're a lucky gal. Any accounts newer than like the end of 09 only have the long version and not the shorter one. Positive they've been removed or I would be rocking one as we speak. I'd check and see if they're still wearable. It'd be interesting to see what they look like on someone.

I just tried using tiny pic, but its acting up to transfer photos, I'm going to try another photo host site. But, the females did get the Long spiky hair and not the short that the male avatars got. I don't have any of the short, just the long spike. But they do look an awful lot alike.

I remember those hairs, at least I think that I had seen them in 09 but they do look like the male one a little. Cool looking hairs though.

I love these.

I believe there are some for rent in the salon in other colours.

I'd buy them.
