If so, are you able to get into yours? I tried to get into this house and I am just stuck in loading and it times out. Is anyone else having this issue? This is not a house I want to be locked out of. If anyone from BVG is reading this, please help? Please check the houses to make sure we all can get into all of our houses. Thanks...

Youll have to submit a ticket and have patience since they're flooded with tickets. This is probably an individual fix.

I don't own one, but I'm having the same issue with my apartment. Bumping for ya

I was so hoping this was not just a "my stuff" issue. I really didn't want to have to submit a ticket. I know they are backed up. I guess I'll have to wait a while if this is not an issue for everyone.

Np hun! And I know what you mean about not wanting to submit a ticket. I sent one in for a lost item and got it back somewhat quickly but I don't want to overwhelm them lol

Right! I know they have a lot of in game issue they are still dealing with that affect everyone. I'd rather wait till things calm down before I submit anything.

My wife couldn't get into her apartment or 2009 Halloween house and she got helped and Viking Scott mentioned these are individual fixes and many have had problems with this same type of problem.

I just hope this is something they are aware of and we don't HAVE to send in a ticket. I just saw another thread where someone said they were having this issue in their Nightclub house.

Yeah that's what she did, I even made a thread giving a shout out to Viking Scott for fixing her problems. One guy commented on my thread saying he was having the same problem and Viking Scott actually told him on the thread that he would look into it and fixed it within a few minutes.

Elite Penthouse ? I have the house.You can go to my apt the port to some of my homes are in hall and Kitchen.Think this ones in Kitchen .Not sure tho.I never go to all of them to check .Good luck hun

Don't have an elite penthouse, but can't get into my english cottage, so its probably a one by one issue with individuals. I am waiting until tomorrow, and If not back to normal, will send in a ticket. This all started after the updtaes today.

i have the penthouse and was able to go there
i haven't checked all my homes, but was not able to go to a blue mobile home that is loaded with ghost items that should have been gone long ago
did you redo your penthouse and sell or gift away any of those items only to come back and find the items were back?

there was an update regarding these ghost items today and all of a sudden certain homes were inaccessible

I can get into mine. Seems like you have an individual problem.

i dont have this problem with the penthouse but i cant get into 2 of my houses

...I don't have this house...
...but a few weeks earlier...
...I had troubles with a few of my houses to get in...
...or reaching the next room...
...*beach house*...*contemporary*...etc...
