Yeah probably so and I realise she's in - but I had this trouble couple of weeks ago, and I maybe got in every 20 times I tried, it was an all day problem for me too. Just depends on what ever way the wind blows I guess. Sometimes the factory would work for me some times it wouldn't that's why I say. If she continues to have troubles to try the factory link. Just in case ya know? Janis was having trouble also.
