To get in touch with BVG, use the help button at the top of your game screen. I sent them an email and it took about a week to hear back. They are slammed with emails and some people sending 2 or 3 or 4 emails and it's just crazy what they are having to deal with. Patience is the key. Someone WILL get back to you....it just takes time.
I don't know about PayPal........sorry
