No, because 1. you gave it willingly. 2. You could easily set it up to look like that happened so you get free stuff.

No. If you go to submit a bugs ticket, they state they "cannot undo trades or auction house purchases under any circumstances." I presume you either gifted it or traded it. This is located on your screen in help in "email the YoWorld Team."

Sorry that happened to you sometimes you just gotta say no when a ''friend'' ask to wear your things I mean I get people seem nice at times but other times their just looking for targets in hoping to take the person's things.

You obviously did give it to her and no, she will not get banned for you willingly giving her something "to try on" and then poofing. Chalk it up to a yo life lesson and be more careful who you share with.
