lol i think the independence hall is really cheap so its a good price
the castle is the prettiest
and the circus has the most rooms (and its a circus so)

this is for everyone too, its an open fun house( new players love it)
i really cant chose, what would be good as a fun house (all the items i have so far for it is in the link above)

Personally Id pick depending on the amount of items you have.
If you have alot get the biggest, but if you have less id get the one that would fit it all evenly
