Try logging into the factory.. few folks been having troubles..
Go directly to factory or use someones apartment link - it could be something in your homes stopping you getting in. If thats the case you will need to change default homes until they are repaired.

Tried a different browser??? I got in good with firefox - but when i was having trouble I had more luck with Chrome. Have you disconnected your router waited the habitual 30 secs and tried again? I'm sure ya have.
