I was finally able to complete my room thanks to the kindness of YoWorld players.

My imagination was a bit lacking in what to use for stairs and how to achieve a multi level look. But thanks to the awesome designers on the forums I was able to get some good ideas. They unselfishly shared their knowledge with me. Thank you so much, it really helped. Now I hope to find a group to join to learn more.

But the biggest thank you is to a kind person who surprised me the other day in the Trade section. I was looking for a Cottage Fireplace. There were not any in the AH. I posted a WTB in the Trade section. Then someone posted they had dropped one off for me! Amazing. I had been stuck for over a month trying to figure out what fireplace to put there. But nothing seemed to go with the wall. I had one in another home and thought they were still for sale. Forgot they were a collectible type thing and only available for a short time. (I'm thinking I'm in the minority when it comes to this theme overall!)

Anyhow, I was able to transform this:

Again, thank you to all the folks who gave me advice and a great big thank you to the gifter of my fireplace.

(Just a thought... I was prepared to spend a certain amount of coins in the game for this fireplace. After the gift, I did a little pay it forward and gifted someone else a nice item. That's the spirit of Yo, isn't it?)

It's called "Inside A Beehive Cat" and is 4yc. It's in the "Inside A Beehive" theme. Look under the second section called "The Window Sill".

That's such a lovely room. Love how you've used the cat window. It looks to me like a wall hanging and that's how I'm picturing your room.
