When you report your problems to BVG please analyze your problem before actually sending in a ticket. If you provoked it by letting your buddies "borrow" the items then there is nothing they can do, they are so busy with work and updating they dont have times for these type of things, and if you're lying just to get free stuff, SHAME ON YOU haha!

I've seen this problem over 10 times today..

Agreed. Scamming is not giving someone an item and then them leaving.
That's just bad luck, sorry to hear and lesson learned.

Some people arent so smart and fall for this, several times, but i do think BVG should atleast have a warning label one day when you pop in yoworld a screen will come up " Do not trust any of your friends, theyre all scammers "
