So back when I began playing again, about a year ago, I gave someone something that they were searching for and they left me an extremely sweet message in my Guestbook that I have kept since that day because it was phenomenal and I found sentimental value to it (yes, I know how odd that is). I checked my Guestbook today to clean up an old "Message Box Sale" and I found out it's been cleared.. Is this a glitch, or are my messages lost permanently (I sincerely hope not). Has anybody else had this problem?

My message box was cleared when I returned but thought nothing of it at the time and visited my brothers apartment and his was cleared (he hadn't been on in a while) It sounds like it may be from the time of the transfer from Zynga-BVG but that's just a guess from me. Hopefully someone has a better answer for you but just thought I would mention that mine and my brothers was cleared so you know your not alone with this issue.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, it was probably just the switch then. I wish Zynga had taken the time to save our progress in the game, so much has been lost, but then again it gives way to a new beginning.

lots of clearing going on in my box lol.. well it used to be that they'd clear if they were too many days old or you had too many new messages added.. it might be that gifts received also subtracts from the amount you're allowed.. Idno I don't use my msgbox that much these days but the handful of messages I had in the last couple weeks disappeared too grrr... sorry you lost your old heartfelt message.. I'm surprised it lasted that long really I thought they always auto-deleted..
