How do you know you were hacked?

Have you clicked any suspicious phishing links lately?

Did you submit a ticket to BVG?

Please describe so we can all be warned.

Let me guess...you sent an email to someone who supposedly worked at bvg (or clicked a link) that asked for your email and password??

Your fb account security is your responsibility ya know. Sorry this happened but if you were trying to get "yocash giver" to give you yocash without purchasing it... you're sol and got what you deserved.

If you have inadvertently given away your Facebook password, there is nothing BVG can do to help you.

Also your mention of making a second account is ill advised, as that is against the rules.

What exactly happened? You have given very little detail.

What does that mean exactly?
Buying YocAsh goes through a secure site.
It's as safe as your bank account.

You made another account?
Other than this one? Because of the hacker?
Can you not get into the hacked one?

Did you click a link? of some sort?

If you did.. BVG can't help you.
They've listed a lot of Scams to avoid.
Never click a link.
Never do the gambling thing.
Don't do gift for gift.
Stuff like that.

But if it was a legitimate hack BVG needs to know about it.

Email them and send them your Facebook Link (the one that got hacked)
BTW you aren't supposed to have two accounts but I think
they'd understand in this situation. Though I can't speak for them.

We need more details please.
What were you doing just before you got hacked?
