Can you use the chat option on puffin? I couldnt get mine to open and wasnt sure if it was just my phone.

Yes, you have to get the keyboard, which takes up space. Look in top right corner for 3 dots, click it and you see a side box open, the keyboard is there as well as the mouse which is helpful when trying to scroll the events.
