I think they decided to fix the things in the order we said they bothered us, the hackers and scammers first, the events coming back, the loss of any way to make money, etc. Now that they have fixed those things, they'll tackle others.

While I do appreciate BVG stepping in and up with acquiring the game, I am a little bit bored with it. The new avenues was a nice little release and the creation of these forums is progress. And, dealing with the bad apples deserves a huge high-five. I do, however, grown weary of the wait for all the features you mentioned.

Zynga really screwed up the game. It will take awhile for them to fix it. They first needed to get rid of the crooks, scammers, etc. That took awhile. Now they have all the glitches to solve. They want to make things better, so they have to fix the problems first. Don't worry. I think yoworld will be better than ever when they are done.
