They don't have a VIP program running, if you are still paying Zynga then you want to cancel all future payments to it and contact them.

Go to your FB account settings. Click on FB recurring payments and cancel it. FB and Zynga are still getting your money. Not good.

You need to contact Zynga because VIP was canceled forever ago, you shouldn't still be paying.
