If you haven’t played on YoWorld.com before, please follow these simple steps to migrate your YoWorld account to our platform

    1. On YoWorld Facebook, select the “Setting” tab above the game window.

    2. On the “Account Settings” tab of the “Settings” page, add a Support Email. If you have already set up a Support Email, skip this step!

    3. Navigate to YoWorld.com.

    4. Input the email address you used for the Support Email in step #1 and then press the red "Continue" button

    5. Click on the blue button on the left-hand side called “Link Email to Facebook”.

    6. Enter the same email you used in the previous steps #1 and #3.

    7. Create a new password, this will be used for accessing YoWorld.com.

    8. Click the red 'Link Email' button.

    9. Check your confirmation email.

Next, to migrate your Facebook VIP membership, follow these simple steps:


    1. Login to YoWorld.com and select the “VIP” tab above the game window.

    2. On the “Your VIP Membership is getting an Upgrade”, select the green “Get Started” button.

    3. Select one of the three VIP tiers available on YoWorld.com, enjoying a first time purchase discount!

    Note: We will automatically cancel your old Facebook VIP plan. Any remaining time on your Facebook VIP subscription will be paid out in a lump sum of YoCash and YoCoins based on:

    A. the tier of Facebook VIP plan and

    B. the duration remaining on the subscription.

    4.Complete the payment subscription setup via YoWorld.com’s Xsolla payment provider

We also emailed them all a couple of weeks back to let them know.

I have been subscribed to Facebook VIP for quite a while now using my Facebook email account and do receive updates and other info from them. When I go on to add my Facebook VIP account, I would have to remove my email address which would close out my account and I would have to start all over which I do not feel is the right thing to do as I would probably lose everything I have. Please help! I do appreciate that you are all working so hard to get things m moving along.

All you need to do is migrate to yoworld.com by following the steps above. You won't lose anything and you'll save money on your subscription!

Did you only email those who play on facebook, or did you email all VIPs? I do not receive any sort of emails/correspondence from BVG and this has been going on for well over 2 years. I have sent in several tickets, but the issue has never been resolved. I just get the "it shows you are subscribed" response, of I get any response at all. o_o :eh:

We sent an email to everyone that has a Facebook VIP subscription (with the exception of a handful that haven't provided an email address yet)

This is not about VIP but maybe someone could answer about changing the Email address on their YoWorld.com account. I want to switch my email but am afraid as I've seen others say they were unable to do this and it kept going to the old email. Has anyone changed their email after successfully accessing YoWorld.com?

I'm not sure where else to leave VIP feedback, so I'm just sticking it here. Does this mean we'll get better gifts in the VIP packages on the site? I'm not impressed with most of them and I have had VIP on the site since it launched. I like the house discounts and the cash and coins monthly, but the gifts are really nothing special. I just got the golden cake pop hh and really? As much as I love hh food, I'm beyond tired of gold. And pink. But that's another rant. This hh doesn't look like anything special and like something that would have been in the store for coins or a couple YC. It doesn't scream VIP to me.

I was thinking the same thing, a cake pop you can barely see and a window of Paris that you can't see because it's behind your avatar. :yawn:

I have not migrated to YoWorld.com but I want to. My support email for YoWorld is the same one that I have for Facebook. I read that I could not migrate with the same email for both so what do I do to migrate?

You can definitely migrate if you use the same email. So long as that email is linked to your YoWorld account. The email you used for Facebook is irrelevant as we have no access to that.

I'll ask again in a different way. I want to change my Email after I am on YoWorld.com. I saw another player in the other sticky mention she tried doing this and is stuck in limbo now not being able to log out as it did not work. She does not have access to her email to reset the password. What do we do if we want to change our email after we migrated but do not have access to the YoWorld.com email?

OK so I was able to update my support email on YoWorld.com but it is still logging in and out with my old email and password. It sent me the a link to verify at the new Email and to claim a free gift from ages ago I already claimed and verified I already claimed it.Sigh! How do I change the Email and password to my YoWorld.com account to match my new Email?

We can go to YoWorld.com and begin VIP there but Facebook has no taxes on purchases so I always go to Facebook to purchase anything, especially YoCash. YoWorld.com taxes all purchases so am not sure I will continue VIP; doesn't seem worth it. And I purchase a ton so guess I'll save some money eh?

You say VIP will be cheaper on YoWorld.com. Is this because YoWorld.com will be paying the taxes on VIPs members only? Why is this platform charging taxes anyway? Don't you make enough off the people playing the game already?

Finally, stop asking me how willing I am to recommend the game to new people. It is too expensive for anyone to start playing unless they are rich. Plants and trees need not always be YoCash. Newbies wanting certain of these items have to pay 3000 EACH on some plants. Buying one plant, sure they could buy one of them. Two or four plants costs 6000 to 12000 respectively. There are rarely coins trees offered anymore. Why not? Rather than putting my regular 3 out of 10 on recommendations. I have gone to 1 out of 10 on recommendations. Until you give newbies a chance in this game I will never be able to recommend it to anyone, ever.

We don't charge taxes, in fact, we're not involved in the purchasing process at all. Whether or not you are charged taxes is going to be based on your country/state. Anywhere that legally requires taxes should be charged taxes, whether it be on YoWorld.com or Facebook.


VIP on YoWorld.com is cheaper, because it is only $12.99 USD instead of $17.99 USD on Faceobok and offers much more for your money. :thumbsup:

I have so many IDs/passwords for many different platforms and programs and I don't plan on trying to set up another e-mail account at my age. I can't remember the names of friends at times, yes, it's that bad. If there wasn't an icon to click on to get to e-mail automatically I'd never remember how to get to it!
If I can't use the same e-mail that I've been using I don't know what to do. I'm not even certain if it's the same e-mail I signed up with and I'm uncertain if I've received any mail from the game. I can't remember.

Plus I've been hacked and I think some of my friends have been also given what I saw under "Trades" today and the way too many of some items in my "Inventory" and items are missing from rooms. Then those traded items started disappearing off the screen as I was looking at them too. I'm really afraid.
