Hey YoFans!

We’ve got an important update about Video Ads for you!

We know that some of you have been having trouble watching ads over the past few weeks, and we understand how frustrating that can be, especially when it impacts your in-game funds. We’re actively working with our ad provider to get to the bottom of why some players aren’t seeing ads.

In the meantime, we want to show our appreciation and offer some compensation! All eligible players will receive a hefty bonus of YoCoins. The exact amount will vary based on your account level, and this bonus is only available to players who have been active within the last two weeks.

We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and we thank you for sticking with us. Your patience means the world to us!

Open the menu by tapping the speaker icon, then look for the claim option. follow the steps from the picture provided.

Thank you for the coins..but ( yes I am going to complain) if it is by levels then someone screwed up why did dianabanana who is in the 400 level only get 1m......I am in the 300 and got 2.5..and she has been active in the last 2 weeks..how active do you mean???????

Well, sorry if my guess is wrong!

Perhaps:
1-50 gets 250k
51-100 gets 500k
101-150 gets 1m
151-200 gets 1.5m
201-300 gets 2m
301-400 gets 2.5m
401-500 gets 3m

Or perhaps:
1-25 gets 125k
26-50 gets 250k
