I had submitted earlier than when viking said reindeer instead of seating
I know I decorated using the seating and submitted my room but today I went to see score and got a message saying I didn't enter..when I know I really did
It may have been when the changed were being made but I know without a doubt I submitted my room as I was worried about the changes with seating!

Send in a ticket & maybe also tell the Vikings on discord.

Happened to me back in June. I sent in a ticket and they were quite quick to help me.

Same thing happened to me. I know I submitted and proved it by going to my inventory of the xm2024 items that I used and it said they were being used by an ongoing event. I did submit a help message, but who knows when that will be answered!

yes I sent in a ticket-got the auto response so hope soon they will fix this. and yeah my stuff is in inventory plus I paid for all those floor tiles that we use to help us.

Oh no, sorry to hear this happened!
I have only had that happen once (quite a long time ago)! When I submit my entries for the room/clothing challenges I make sure to give myself enough time so I can refresh the game and then I double check that it actually did submit!

This happened to me too. It's the second time. Is this always a problem?

budda usually the required items for the gem event are listed and people usually have them in a room or inventory but this is the first time they ever changed an item so there has been lots of people within the mess up that BVG has said they would correct the error -mine was done sometime yesterday so am happy it was fixed for mel

How did they fix it for you? Nothing has been done for mine.

My outfit/clothing submission 2-3 days ago was not counted either. It said that I did not submit, but I am sure I submitted it successfully since I received 120 gems.

Oh well.... I am too lazy to submit a ticket. So be it.

Same thing happened to me, sent it a ticket, still haven't received anything in lieu of their screw up. now i wont be able to get the final bar prize because of it!!!! i am now taking a ss everytime i submit an entry. players should not have to do these types of things IN A GAME!
