Why is buying two houses costing more than buying them separately?
One house 20 YC, two houses 50 YC.

50 YoCash gets you the premium version of each home, which costs 34 YoCash each.

They didn't do a very good job with the Pop up on this one LOL. I just got the free 10YoCash one and all it is, is the front and one room for each house LMAO Not sure why they are trying to make you think these are 10YoCash homes. They have them in the Realtors Office for 7500 Coins too.

Ok I bought two regular homes at 13 cash each and I received the stocking in each. Am satisfied.

I just got the free ones. I don't think were going to get much for decor. I was away from the game a long time so I don't have much for Christmas decor. I'll just link the 2 homes.

This is what I did too. I love the stockings. Different colors for each house.

I just wish the patterns and colors of the walls and floors to be more simple and subtle. I'll have to change them all.

This is VIP. There are discounts as usual. Buy the Premium for 2 houses for 40YC if you are VIP and want the Premium. Don't buy the 50YC pack. If you want the regular version, it is 26YC for 2 houses if you are VIP.

There is no 2-houses pack for VIP.
40YC (premium) or 26YC (regular) is the cheapest VIP members can have for both houses.

It also appears from the popup that the 20 yocash houses shown are also premium houses. (Also, 34 x 2 = 68; 68 x .59 = 40.)

I don't actually want the premium – too many rooms for the amount of decor released. I was just wondering. I bought the regular yc houses from the Realty office once I realized. However, the 2-house deal is not calculated at 41% off as the popup claims.

Well, this has been confusing. At least the pop up says to check the realtor's office, but it still coulda been less vague.

I'm not VIP because hubby is, he gives me all the gazebos and other deco items he never uses

If you want the regular houses, you can buy them for 22YC each, so if you want both of the regular houses (not Premium), you will have to spend a total of 44YC.

thanks it was early morning for me and the brain wasn't mathing quite right
I bought the two houses for the 50Yc .. the extra interactive was the 'carrot' for me

but the decor pack I didn't buy as I didn't want half of what was in it and most of what is in the decor pack is coins anyway

I didn't even see the pop up for the free versions! If I hadn't have come in here, I would not have known there were free versions! Usually the free ones are listed on the bottom left corner!
