I lost many items from the gem event, items not returned to my inventory? One item I cannot find in the database to send to bvg is a candy cane tree, unfortunately I don't have a picture of name of the item but I have an item close to the said item. This tree is from Cocoaville and I assumed the other tree was also from Cocoaville but it doesn't show in the database?

The item looks like this but instead of a christmas tree top it was round. Know this isn't easy to imagine but best I can do, any help will be greatly appreciated.
