All day... I have tried to get into game since this am and every time I stop by to try again.. the same server snake game pop up.... Any one else? :eh:

I can get in, but the lag is horrible. Takes forever to load into another room. My screen shows half the room I'm in, and a circle of which the other room is trying to load.

And....
My search isn't working. Cleared cache, rebooted.

I havent even been back in to see if the page loads for me or not. But TYSM for letting me know that I wasnt alone in the frustrating lags/glitches... whatever you want to call it.at the same time, . Im also sorry your having the issues as well.
Hopefully it gets all resolved, if it hasnt already...

For 3 days I keep getting the server snake! I was able to get on for a short amount of time today but that is all! I was able to get a complaint into the game but so far only received an email saying they are looking into it!
Normally when this happens, they blame it on my browser. I explained I tried different servers & several people are having the same issue from all over the world! I am sure if they fix it, I will have to pay to catch up on the daily task even though it is the game's fault! This has happened so many times in the past, they really need to find a way to fix this! With this game, we can miss out on a lot of items in 3 days! They need to start compensating us for all these issues!
Instead of charging Yodollars for coin items in room packages maybe offer some real deals! At this point, I would just be happy to be able to log into the game & be able to decorate my homes and avenues! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, FIX THIS GAME!!!!

Exactly!!

Not that I want any monetary compensation... but the other, yep! I just tried to log into game and sure enough the Server Snake is still there!!
Wouldnt be so bad if one didnt put money into a game that is glitched periodically, but like you.. days now??? So the weekend play is out for me... I'll try again tomorrow!

Via stand-alone app... yup, for a few days now.... says "Disconnected".

Switched to browser version just to find out that I missed 17 days of advent rewards. total B.S.

Makes me wonder what else I've missed because I had been using the stand-alone app, since they obviously offer different things.

I would like the 1 - 17 advent rewards please... records would show that I had been playing the game.

Also It is happening on every browser.I have tried them all.
I do not have this issue with any other thing i am doing on the internet. Including another game i enjoy.
This "glitch" appears to belong to Yoworld and Big Viking games.
I hope they fix this soon :rose:

Many are having the same problems, for me it's not the server snake but page unresponsive or black or gray with a sad face in the middle. Or it loads and then freezes . One thing I've found that helps until you go out and come back again and go through this all over is, to go into your browser settings, clear history/cache and then close out the browser and open it again and then it will usually load for me after that. It's getting really frustrating for sure.

Been having this problem for a few days on 2 different computers using the standalone app on Windows. (goes straight to server snake, no attempt to even load)

I just thought to try the browser and it lets me in OK. Missed 2 days.

I thought it was just my browser but it looks like a lot of people are having the same problem. Mine started on saturday 12/22. I couldn't vote in the gem event and I'm worried that if it's not fixed by tomorrow I won't be able to submit an entry for the next gem event contest. Please fix it!

I have sent multiple reports into the game about the issue but haven't heard anything back and now that I can't even get onto the game for a short time, there is no way to contact the game except through these forumns!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US & LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON?! ARE YOU FIXING THE GAME? ARE YOU JUST GOING TO IGNOR IT & LET THE GAME FINALLY DIE OUT? I'M SURE THE GAME WILL CHARGE ME TO CATCH UP ON THE DAILY TASK TOO EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE GAMES FAULT I CAN'T LOG ON! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, SOMEONE LET US KNOW WHAT IT GOING ON!!!?!??!???! :sad:

So weird, I had zero problems playing yw. I wonder where the problem is. I play on the desktop app.
