Yeah. I still get that message even though they have supposedly fixed loading issues. I always have a lot of open tabs that they say you should close, but I've tried that and it doesn't seem to help. I am having other issues with navigating to rooms, gem event hangouts not loading correctly, etc. So far it's not so bad that I'm ready to quit, but it does get annoying to constantly have to refresh or wait.

I'm so sorry about the paintboards. I don't know why BVG had to punish everyone for a few bad apples. I never got into the paintboards, but I sure admired all of you who created amazing rooms and artwork with them.

I use the desktop app which runs through Edge, so I don't see how Chrome could be causing the problem.

In that case, use the same measure to Edge. First, try #1, restart. If it does not work, try #2. The last resort or #4, is to reinstall Edge. Disable browser's extensions.

I never have this problem with YoWorld, so it is not first hand experience. I am guessing one of the browser's extension conflicts with the game. Hope it works.

I did more searches and it seems that it often happens to both Chrome and Edge users, especially if they use Windows 10. Not sure if Windows 11 and Mac users also get this problem.

i use the app with edge and i don't have any issues - if you are unable to log in to submit a help ticket, please email BVG so they can try to trouble shoot for you at [email protected]

So those of us that have played this game for 15 years using Google Chrome are supposed to simply buy that it's Chromes fault & not the game? I have said this before & I will keep saying it: This is just a game with virtual items. We should NOT have to change browsers, up grade pc's, etc to play the same game we have for years simply because the current programmers are uploading garbage into the system that is causing our games to malfunction. PEOPLE....WE are the consumers. WE should be dictating what is acceptable. THE GAME should be catering to us to keep playing, not the other way around. SMH.

If you like, you can do a research about why this can happen. Google Chrome changes with every update, it is not always the same Chrome, so is Edge and other browsers. From further searches, I found that this problem also can happen to Edge users. Some were even pointing at Microsoft, some were pointing at Windows 10. You can find so many people on the internet talking about this issue since like 5 or 6 years ago. Most agreed that it was a browser problem. They called it a browser error.

If it was caused by the game's codes, all of us would experience this. Whenever I use Chrome up to now, I never got this. Peeky said she was using Edge and yet never get this. It is more like an error or glitch on Chrome and Edge part, or the OS part, than the game's codes because not everyone gets this pop-up.

FYO, I have zero issue with the game if I use my Mac Pro desktop. How could that be, if the game was full of code or server mistakes?

If it's caused by them reducing the number of servers it would also explain why some have no problems & some do. If a player is logging in during slower times, the game will actually function normally, if they log in during hi use times, the lag is experienced. This is one reason why I do not blame Chrome. There are times of day I can play with no problems what so ever, & then others it is impossible. It could also be caused by "behind the scenes" activity by BVG. The game used to be brought down for maintenance for short periods when they were uploading data or working on sections of the game program. They don't do that anymore. It could also be because these various browsers, for safety reasons have updated so that the new stuff the game adds is being flagged as unsafe, Windows could be doing this as well. What ever it is, it started happening @ 3 weeks ago & comes & goes so the theory that it's Chrome just doesn't work for me. If Chrome was the issue, wouldn't it be an issue all the time instead of a few times a day? At the end of the day, while it is not happening to everyone, it IS happening to a large amount of people. You can't judge by the number of people who come to the forum to post about it. This is a very small group of people that post here. Go take a look at YoWorld FB pages, people are commenting on it every day on almost every post. All of us are actually just guessing as to what has happened recently to cause this, I don't think anyone should have to make physical changes to their computers for a game when all other programs work just fine. So I guess at the end of the day it's on BVG to decide if the players in the game with issues are worth trying to fix it, eh?

It seems that you are only reading my first post. I wrote in my further posts that Edge also has this problem. So it is NOT only Chrome but you are adamant on me saying Chrome. I also said that some people pointed at Microsoft. I also added in my last post that I have zero problem if I use my Mac Pro desktop. I play YoWorld at its busiest time, and I never have login problem or lag problem, ever, be using my iPad or Mac desktop. My problem when using my iPad is disconnections, but this problem is gone as soon as I switch to using my desktop. Really, ZERO issue, at any time of the day, any hour of the day. Can this be explained by BVG having reduced their servers?

I am so sorry for people who are having problems. Still, I am not the only one who has no problems loading. As far as as I can remember, correct me if I am wrong, Dianabanana, Randle, Bookworm J, Pinkylola, are among those who said they have no loading problems, and did they all only play when the game is not busy?

I forget when I last checked the number of YoWorld servers, but it was like 17 or 18 servers. I just checked again now, and YW has 20 servers. So it looks like they added, and not reduced the number of their game servers.

you are right stardust, i still am experiencing no issues when playing yo. i am still only using chrome as my browser. i can play all times of day and night still with no issues. being computer stupid i don;t know why i never have any issues when many others are having issues. i'm certainly not going to feel bad for not having any issues noe will i "shut up about it". like a recent pm from another yo so politely suggested. i'm not heartless either as i do feel for others with issues. i only post i'm not having issues for bvg staff to read. i don't know enough about computers to lay the blame for those having issues with either them and their choice of equipment or browser or bvg and their servers. i think it is nice of you to try and help others with their issues and they should be grateful you are at least trying to help.

You are so nice, Diana, if I got such a PM, i will sure report and block, and will speak more in the forum about my own experiences. When I used iPad and got refreshes, I wrote about it a few times. Now after I use my desktop and have zero issues, why should I keep silent? It will not be fair to BVG if I keep silent, a voice is a voice. We should not be cherry picking about facts and cater to our own desires. You are brave that you will not shut up despite animosity. You are not heartless at all. I knew your amazing generosity throughout the years. It is amazing to witness your gifts to even people you do not know. Back to voice again, I cannot imagine if this is in the field if Science especially medicine? How many people would have died? It reminds me of a physician who first brought up or reported the existence and danger of the new coronavirus, he was instantly attacked and ostracized by many, got fired from his job , but he was just reporting a fact. He later died if Covid. So sad.

I have been advised that people get to spend their money however they want so I think the "moral majority" who constantly nit pick BVG and everyone else need to remember that. If we want to spend our money on a game that doesn't work perfectly for them we can without being harassed. Sorry that happened to you and please report it next time so that person doesn't harass other people.

You can also try this measure to Chrome if you have this issue on Chrome. Or better, try this Fix from Support of Google.com:

If all fails, or if you find these methods tedious, you can always send in a ticket to ask for help, or use other browsers. Viking Andrew is using Opera. I am using Safari and Brave browsers. Sometimes I use Chrome and Firefox too to play YoWorld. I never have this pop-up using those 4 browsers, regardless being on my iPad or desktop. I actually recommend Brave browser just like some others did, though personally I prefer to use Safari.
